They have some amazing options for food (even for cats, which is so hard to find with pet stores), their stock of non-food items are all cute and quality, and they care so much about the animals that come through. They help us with scheduled orders, and every time we call, or every time we go in, they know us and our pets and want to know how they're doing. They show so much love and care and passion.
